The Chrysler Town & Country model name has a 75-year-long history -- one of the brand's longest, in fact. An eponymous Chrysler station wagon, for instance, held it from 1941 to 1988. Today's minivan, however, ran from 1990 to 2016, for five generations.

Its trims included LXi, SX, eX, Limited, and Touring, and variants from the 2004 model year on ranged from Touring Signature and Platinum to 25th, 30th, and 90th anniversary editions. A Spring Special Edition was also an option in 2006 and 2007.

Features over the years ranged widely. In 2007, for instance, you could get a 3.3-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, plus Stow ‘n Go seating, rear-seat DVD entertainment, and an in-dash six-disc CD changer with Infinity six-speaker audio. There was even an overhead rail storage system offered.

Its final year, the model incorporated a six-speed auto transmission and tri-zone air conditioning. Navigation was an option, as were high-intensity-discharge (HID) headlights and a heated steering wheel, among other features. The model's sixth generation became the Chrysler Pacifica van of today.
